Well, it is not often that alertte find a very, very small book for ADULTS that is so worthwhile and fun to read at the same time. Again; fun and very useful. A quick, easy read. My one criticism is at times I felt there should have been a little more description of the plot, but all in all, this is a really good story and the audiobook is well narrated. A change in feeling will lead to change in behaviour.
This book, taught me many things that will help me during my life. How to identify and work with those resistant to change for whatever reason without letting them, yourself, or your work get sidetracked.
